About the event
This summer, we will be traveling to Western North Carolina to help with continued efforts to clean up and rebuild after Hurricane Helene devastated the region last fall. We will be staying at Lake Logan, the retreat center for the Diocese of Western North Carolina, located in Canton, NC.
We will be doing trail maintenance and campsite restoration at Lake Logan. We will also be working on a Habitat for Humanity build near Asheville. After we are done with our service projects each day we will take time to explore Asheville and the beauty of WNC!
Trip Details:
Open to Rising 10th Grade Students - Just Graduated HS Seniors (Current 9th-12th)
Cost: $250 per person
Before you pay, talk to your parish about sponsoring you. We will also look at doing a group fundraiser before we go to cover some of the costs. Scholarship money will also be available. Financial burden…
